Reservations
are only confirmed on receipt of deposit. The remaining balance
of rental due for the period booked must
be paid on arrival together with a security deposit. (Firm
dates of arrival and departure must be stated. Every endeavour
will be made to accommodate guests desiring to extend their stay,
but no guarantee can be given) back

Cancellations
If
notice of cancellation is received 2
weeks before commencement of stay, the deposit will
be refunded. Less than 2 weeks notice is given, no

Security
Deposit (Breakages, Telephone and etc. )
A
Security deposit served as a guarantee
against telephone charges, additional TV programmes, late check-out
charges, car parking fee, lost to apartment key, possible damage
to furniture and fixtures and end of stay cleaning charges according
to the state of the apartment it is left. On the day of departure
the apartment should be left clean and tidy, in such a way that
it require general light cleaning, dusting and daily rubbish that
need to be cleared. Check list will be made on the morning of
the departure and any damages or breakages will be charged to
the occupier.
We
cannot responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings
in the apartment.
Our
apartment telephone call are charged at the rate 0.18
pence per unit, any defiancy is payable on demand. back

Arrival
And Departures
Apartments
must be vacated by 12.00 noon on day of
departure. Additional hours delay (if available) will be
charged on a complete day basis. However, you may leave your luggage
in our storage room for safe keeping to be collected later in
a day.
Arrivals
before 12.00 noon must be arranged in advance with the management.
Apartments are not generally available for
occupation before 3 pm. If you anticipate arriving early
morning and prefer immediate access to your apartment, we suggest
you book from the day early prior to your arival. back
